Measure from the highest shoulder point beside the collar straight down to the bottom hem.

Lay the top flat and measure straight across the chest from one side to the other. This is the flat width, not the full chest circumference.

Measure from the shoulder seam along the outside of the sleeve to the end of the cuff.

Pants
